Free Day Partner Workout!

With a partner, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of the following:
200 meter run (together)
10 Push ups
10 Sit ups
10 Air squats
10 Burpees
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Mt. climbers


Begin each round with both partners running 200 meters together. One partner must hold a plank while the other partner accumulates reps. Partners switch places EMOM.
