With a partner complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
Partner A completes the following AMRAP
30 second plank
3 push ups
7 sit ups
9 air squats
Partner B takes off on a 400 meter run.
When partner B returns from the run they must hold a plank until partner A finishes their round.
