Rest Day

Happy Sunday funday! Just a quick reminder that the box will be open for two class times only on Memorial Day. The morning class will be at 8:30am and the afternoon class will take place at 5:30pm. Please reserve your class time so we can plan accordingly.


  • The Memorial Day Murph workout will be Monday the 27th at 8:30am and 5:30pm. Please reserve your class.

  • The Murph t-shirts have arrived. Please pick up at the front desk.

Upcoming workouts

  • Starting off the week on Monday is the annual Murph workout in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. Plan on running a total of 2 miles and knocking out a total of 100 pull ups, 200 push ups and 300 air squats.

  • The day after Murph on Tuesday we’ll do an AMRAP with a one arm dumbbell push press, double under and GHD sit ups. Total time is 20 minutes.

  • On Wednesday we have three AMRAPs separated by rest time. Don’t worry you only have three movements to complete. Rowing, power cleans and box jump overs.

  • Coming up on Thursday we have a rounds for time workout that consists of a short run followed by a certain number of rounds of “Macho Man”.

  • Last but not least on Friday we have some Olympic weightlifting with the power snatch along with toes to bar and the good old burpee.
