With a partner perform the following workout for time:

Part A
Partner A: 50 Kettlebell swings 53/35
Partner B: Holds a handstand
Then switch
If handstand is broken, both partners perform 5 burpees before continuing.

Part B
Partner A: 50 box jumps 24/20
Partner B: Holds 45/25 lbs plate overhead
Then switch
If overhead position is broken, both partners perform 5 burpees before continuing.

Part C
Partner A: 50 Sit ups
Partner B: Holds bottom of squat
Then switch
If squat position is broken, both partners perform 5 burpees before continuing.

Cash out:
Partner 400 meter run hold a 45/25 lbs plate
