Free Day Team WOD!!

In Teams of 4
(3 People Working At A Time)
10:00 AMRAP
Air squats
Burpees or slam ball
Sit ups

5:00 Rest

10:00 AMRAP
Push ups or knee push ups
Box Jumps or step ups
Assault bike (calories)

Each 10:00 part has 3 movements, only 3 of the 4 teammates will be working at a time with the other member resting. It is up to the discretion of the team when to switch and who is performing what movement! Score is total reps.


Today is a free workout day that is open to everyone! Lots of experience, some experience, no experience? It doesn’t matter all the movements can be modified depending on strength and skill level. Come try us out Saturday at 9am. It’s fun I promise.
