Don’t forget tomorrow will be the first Saturday of the month and that means its a free day! If you or someone you know would like to try us out come join us tomorrow at 9am for a free partner workout.

The workout will be bodyweight only and the cool thing is everyone can do it no matter what your age or experience level, it can all be scaled. The warm up and workout will be lead by our CrossFit L1 and L2 coaches to make sure you are moving safely.
