Saturday Free Day at 9am!!

In teams of 2 complete as many reps as possible in 26 minutes of:

Partner A runs one 400M Sprint Partner B does AMRAP Box step ups until A gets back. Switch and repeat.

Partner A runs 400 M Partner B does AMRAP air squats until A returns. Switch and repeat.

Partner A runs 400 M Partner B does AMRAP Single unders Switch and repeat.

Partner A runs 400 M Partner B does AMRAP Burpees Switch and repeat.

If above is completed in less than 26 minutes, start over and continue until 26 minute cap.

Rx+ with box jumps and double unders.


Today is our monthly free workout day which means everyone is invited to try us out, experienced or not. The workout starts at 9am so please show up 10-15 minutes early to get all signed up. All CrossFit classes are 60 minutes long and include a group warm up, movement practice, workout and a cool down that is lead by our CrossFit L1/L2 coaches.
