Rest Day

Can you believe Christmas is literally just around the corner? Make sure you’re spending quality time with friends and family and taking time to relax a bit.

Here is what the schedule looks like for the following week:

  • December 24th we will be operating on holiday hours which means the only classes offered will be 8:30am and 5:30pm. The workout that day will be “The 12 Days of Christmas” which will also be a repeat from last year. If you did this one last year this will be a good opportunity to see how you’ve improved over the past year.

  • December 25th we will be closed. Christmas is all about being thankful and spending quality time with family and relatives who you may only see once a year.

  • December 26-31 we will be operating on normal hours.

  • January 1st will be holiday hours, 8:30am and 5:30pm only.

Curious about what the next week of programming has in store? Here is a summery of whats coming up:

  • Monday will be “The 12 days of Christmas” holiday workout. This is a chipper style workout that includes a little bit of everything. If you didn’t do it last year, expect to spend 30-40 min on this one. This chipper is performed just like the song.

  • Tuesday we will be closed. Get outside and use your fitness!

  • Wednesday we will be doing one minute intervals that include air squats and clean and jerks. Time frame will be close to 30 minutes.

  • Thursday will be on the shorter side with a focus on gymnastics. The movements include handstand push ups and rope climbs.

  • On Friday expect to work the core, quads, hamstrings and glutes. The movements include wall balls, toes to bar and hip extensions.
