Saturday Free Day Partner Workout!

With a partner, perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

400 meter run
10 Burpees
15 Sit ups
20 OH walking lunges with plate 45/25

Partner A heads out for the run. While partner A is away, Partner B is completing as many rounds and reps as possible of the burpees, sit ups and lunges. When Partner A returns they tag Partner B and switch.
