In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:

1 minute of double unders

1 minute of Dumbbell snatches 50/35

2 minutes of double unders

2 minutes of Dumbbell snatches

3 minutes of double unders

3 minutes of Dumbbell snatches

Fitness

In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:

1 minute of single unders

1 minute of Dumbbell snatches

2 minutes of single unders

2 minutes of Dumbbell snatches

3 minutes of single unders

3 minutes of Dumbbell snatches


The CrossFit Open is less than 1 month away so be prepared for some dumbbell practice. Also be on the lookout for more double under practice, chest to bars, thrusters, muscle ups, wall balls, and snatches. But with that being said just remember, the best way to prepare for the Open is to simply do CrossFit.
