Very rarly do we get to perform the medicine ball clean in a workout, but here it is! This will be a fairly leggy workout with wall balls thrown in which havent been seen in a while so legs may get a little sore from this one.

Its not often we get built in rest in a work out, but when we do lets make sure we are going max effort when we are working. Score for this one will be total calories rowed so finish the wall balls and med ball cleans as fast as possible so a large amount of time can be spent accumulating calories. Workout is 25 minutes long.
