The CrossFit Open 18.Zero workout was announced by Dave Castro himself on January 18th and is designed to prep us for the 2018 CrossFit Open which will without a doubt feature lots of dumbbells. The goal for the following month will be Open preperation so expect lots of dumbbells in our workouts. This workout will be quick so plan to finish in the 4-6 minute time domain.
