Terms and Conditions

 

Billing:  Memberships are billed on individuals chosen billing date which is the 1st or 15th of the month, with a pro-rated bill due the day you join and processed each month on the chosen billing date until cancelled.

Automatic Renewal: Once your membership agreement term has expired you will be automatically renewed under the initial terms of your membership for a consecutive term until membership cancellation is requested.

Cancellation Policy: Written notice must be submitted 15 days before the end of the month to cancel or terminate a membership. Late notices will result in continued billing until cancellation terms are met. We do not accept verbal cancellations. To cancel your membership in writing please email destinationcrossfitww@gmail.com.

No Refunds: Once registration has been submitted or payment has been received there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Changes in membership:

$50 to stop membership (per member)

$10 to put on hold billed monthly until your return

Membership Holds: Memberships may be put on hold for a maximum of two billing cycles and may only be put on hold for extreme and unexpected circumstances (i.e Serious Illness or Injury). In these cases a doctor’s note is requested in order to place your membership on hold. Military obligations can be discussed on a case-by-case situation when longer than 2 weeks.

Subject to Change: Destination CrossFit reserves the right to make any and all changes to the terms and conditions. Destination CrossFit endeavors to remove errors in our website when found. Destination CrossFit reserves the right to make any and all changes to class times, schedules and locations without any notice.
