Destination CrossFit is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests. To promote safety and comfort for all, all individuals are asked to act appropriately at all times when in our facility or participating in our programs. We expect persons using Destination CrossFit to act maturely, behave responsibly and respect the rights and dignity of others. 

Our Member Code of Conduct outlines prohibited actions, but the actions listed below are not intended to be an all-inclusive list of behaviors considered inappropriate in our facilities or programs.

  • Using or possessing illegal substances on Destination CrossFit property, in Destination CrossFit or at Destination CrossFit sponsored events.

  • Abuse of substances is not permitted on property. 

  • Carrying or concealing a weapon or any device or object that may be used as a weapon. This does not apply to members of law enforcement. 

  • Harassment or intimidation by words, gestures, body language, or any type of menacing behavior

  • Physical contact with another person in an angry, aggressive or threatening way

  • Verbally abusive behavior, including angry or vulgar language, swearing, name-calling, or shouting

  • Sexually explicit conversation or behavior; any sexual contact with another person

  • Inappropriate, immodest or sexually revealing attire as deemed by ownership team.

  • Theft or behavior that results in the destruction or loss of property

  • Loitering within or on the grounds of the Destination CrossFit after hours. 

In addition, Destination CrossFit reserves the right to deny access or membership to any person with cause by majority vote of ownership team. 

If you violate any of these guidelines you will receive written or verbal notice from our ownership team. Any decisions made will be determined by a majority vote. We may ask to meet with you to address any concerns and make a plan to ensure effective resolution.
