Have you been thinking about trying CrossFit but want to check it out first? The day is here! Come see us this Saturday at 9:00am for a free workout followed by an optional 30 minutes of ROMWOD (CrossFit Yoga).

Who can attend?
Anyone 13 years or older. Seriously! Experienced at CrossFit or not, everyone is invited. The more the merrier.
Do I need to sign up in advance?
Nope. All we need is to have you sign a waiver when you arrive. So come 15 minutes early to get this taken care of.
What do I wear or bring?
Normal workout attire and whatever you are comfortable in. Shirts, Pants/shorts, tennis shoes, a bottle of water and anything else you think you will need (post workout snack, towel).
What if I don't think I can do the workout?
Don't worry about this at all! We can scale for every movement and for all fitness levels and movement restrictions. We will show you exactly what to do.
