Our program is based on CrossFit methodology: constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.

In our box we have pull-up bars, ropes, tires, rings, free weights, kettle bells, rowing machines, jump ropes and most importantly, we have a community. We believe that you train as an individual, but we work out as a team.

All we ask for is that you just show up with a good attitude, and the desire to sweat and work hard – we’ll provide the rest!

We have accredited CrossFit instructors who are there to teach you the movements and to help you achieve your goals.
